1. One In-Person VIP Day with Lacey

Hosted in the comfort of Lacey's home.

This is a deep, focused 1:1 strategy + implementation day designed to:

  • Refine/create new systems
  • Remove distractions and friction
  • Clarify leadership decisions
  • Develop YOU as the highest version

This is 8 uninterrupted hours of intentional, intimate, high-level work.

(An optional second VIP Day may be offered as a paid upgrade.)

2. Six Months of Slack Support 

Monday–Friday direct access to Lacey & Team LG.

Slack is used for:

  • Real-time decisions

  • Clarity checks

  • Accountability

  • “Am I overthinking this?” moments

Clear boundaries keep this powerful:

  • Monday–Friday only

  • 24–48 business-hour response window

  • Async communication (no emergencies)

  • Threads required

3. Monthly Coaching Calls + Q&As

Monthly 90-minute Zoom calls with the cohort.

These are:

  • Implementation-focused
  • Pattern driven (learn from others)
  • Decision-making + refinement

Each call includes:

  • Check in on your goals
  • What's working and what's not
  • Where to pivot or double down
  • Clear next actions

4. The 180 Wrap-Up Retreat (Summer 2026)

A one-day, in-person celebration and close. We will close out the experience with the entire cohort together, celebrating all the BIG wins!!

This is the emotional and strategic finish line of the entire 180 experience.

This day is about:

  • Reflecting on growth

  • Seeing how far you’ve come

  • Leadership identity elevation

  • Closing the 180 chapter with intention
