2027 Master Your Year Planning Session

What you'll get:

01. Look back at 2026. The first thing we need to do is take a look backwards. Let’s actually look at 2026. What worked? What didn’t? What was worth your time? And what wasn’t? What do you need to take off your plate? We have to get honest about what didn't work this year so we do not repeat the same habits in 2027!

02. Set your vision for 2027. Picture December 2027. Your team and salon has grown tremendously and you're so damn proud of how you showed up and what you did! What made this difference? You'll choose your word of the year and let that ONE word… steer and guide your entire year!

03. Time block your entire year. This is the time to put your head down and actually WORK. With your calendar open, we put down every single date that matters, step by step, I am guiding you through this process. We will set a timer and actually put the dates on the calendar! This is called a working session for a reason! :)

04. Protect your white space. Extraordinary leaders guard their white space like gold. It’s where the high leverage work happens, and it goes on the calendar FIRST. I’ll teach you how to build it in.
